Swimming pool with hot water. Staffs are fast response. Bfast is fair, they have a good donut ever.

This is exceptional hôtel. Everything was very good. We stayed on 7th floor with Nice view on Bandung, almost 360 degrés. Nice pool, à huge choice of breakfast, Nice lobby, comfy Kepler bar in the sky, and friendly staffs. One spécial staff at the pool, the towel man, super friendly and did his job with heart. Pity we didnt ask his name! Stay healthy you!

Staff were friendly. We arrived late in the evening and we couldn’t have our welcoming drinks until the morning, but the drinks aren’t available until 10am, but the staff went out of their way and made this possible. Excellent customer service.

The room is so spacious and super clean. I ordered extra blanket, they give me immediately. Check-in process was very easy too.Breakfast with so many options, it's like a festival! and all foods are very tasty. Swimming pool with 30degrees stay warm during cold wheather in Bandung. Kids enjoyed the pool so much!

The room was big enough for the 4 of us, we had a balcony facing the swimming pool too. My kids went swimming several times during our 2 nights stay. The pool was big and the water was warm so my kids didn't get too cold since it was rainy season that time. The equipment and the size of the gym was also sufficient. The hotel has a lush green garden, we had exciting family photo session with a photographer there.
